2. Photo and Image Data
Our app allows you to upload or capture photos to generate AI-edited images for entertainment purposes. Here is how we handle your photo data:
- What we collect – Photos you upload or capture within the app for the purpose of generating AI-edited images.
- How photos are processed – Your photos are sent to our servers operated by Vitaminchat OU, which uses Google's Gemini API to perform AI image processing. The AI modifies the image based on your text instructions to produce an edited result. Google processes photos solely to generate the requested edit and does not use API data to train its models.
- No facial recognition or biometric data – We do not perform face detection, face recognition, or extract any biometric identifiers from your photos. While photos may contain faces, no facial geometry, embeddings, or identity data is analyzed, collected, or stored.
- Temporary processing – Photos are processed temporarily solely to generate the edited image you requested. Original uploaded photos are not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.
- No training use – Your photos are never used to train AI models or for any purpose other than generating the image you requested.
- Third-party processing – Your photos are sent to Google's Gemini API solely for the purpose of generating your requested AI-edited image. Google processes photos under their API terms, which prohibit using API data for model training. Your photos are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any other third parties beyond this processing purpose.
- Generated images – AI-generated images may be stored in your account history so you can access them later. You can delete generated images at any time through the app.
- Retention – Original uploaded photos are retained only for the duration of the processing request. Generated images are retained in your account until you choose to delete them or delete your account.
3. Why We Collect Data
We use your data to:
- Deliver personalized and entertaining prank suggestions
- Help you create, save, and manage your pranks
- Improve AI responses and app functionality
- Provide customer support and resolve issues
- Understand usage patterns to improve the service
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

- Update or delete your data anytime through the app
- Erase your chat history or prank library
- Delete your account entirely
- Contact us to access, correct, or remove your information
